SHIPPING & RETURNS
Default Shipping Method & Delivery Times
They are stated in your cart before checking out. Delivery times vary with the destination and shipping method. You will see in the description if the package has tracking, insurance or requires signature on delivery. IF THERE IS NO DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE IT’S BECAUSE THE METHOD IS INTERNATIONAL PACKET SURFACE (some European countries) AND IT TAKES A FEW WEEKS TO ARRIVE. I found this method the most cost effective, but if you prefer another, let me know before placing your order and I can arrange it for you.
On the day of shipment I’ll email you shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information.
Shipping Time Frame
I ship most orders in 1-3 business days after cleared payment unless otherwise stated or if modifications are required (if applicable).
Cancellations & Exchanges
I do not accept cancellations and returns, only exchanges and only upon receiving the jewellery in unworn, perfect condition. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges, insurance, shipping cost and taxes related to the replacement item(s). The items should be packed carefully. I will not exchange items damaged in transport for whatever reason. In this case their value will be refunded or not by third party insurance.
The value of the replacement items should be at least equal to the value of the one(s) originally purchased.
Custom orders are not accepted for exchange with other items.
In case of exchange requests, if the order is already shipped, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ship back the item in original condition within 1 week from delivery date. I will not send the replacement before receiving and inspecting the original item.
I reserve the right to refuse an exchange. I will however communicate the reason of refusal.
